Many programs need to be used within a certain period of time, usually 12-18 months.  Twice a year, we audit these cards and will remove those where no purchases have been made during the past six months.  These are great programs for the consumer and we do not want you to miss out. 

Many manufacturers offer customers a Frequent Purchase Program or a Loyalty Program.  These programs entitle the customer to a free bag of food after a set amount of purchases through a participating retailer.  There have been many changes over the years and most manufacturers now require the collection of receipts and/or UPC barcodes.  More recently is the outsourcing of the program to collection agencies, so the need for accurate records is a must.  Finally, the programs can change or be cancelled at any time and without notice.

For K-9s & Felines stocks several brands.  The following manufacturers have loyalty programs.

Purchase 10 bags (same size) and receive the 11th bag free.  Eligible on all 6, 14, and 28 pound bags. 

Buy 12 products of idential size of the same formula at the same store and your 13th bag will be free.  UPCs must be included and verified before free item given.  Free item must be redeemed within 12 months of the first purchase.

Purchase 10 bags (5 lb. or larger) or 10 cases and get one free.  "Proof of Purchase" UPC barcode must be included for each purchase.  After 10 purchases, the envelope is submitted to a clearinghouse for verification and voucher will be mailed to customer.  The voucher will indicate the exact product to be given by said retailer as a "free" product.  The free product will be the lowest price formula and size purchased.  http://www.naturapet.com/about/natura-frequent-buyer-program

There has been a change to this program effective October, 2011!  Natural Balance is no longer accepting canned cases or dog/cat bags less than 10 lbs. in the program.  Customers have until March 31, 2012 to complete their current card or it will be voided.

Purchase 10 bags of dry dog or cat food, receive one free.  To qualify, all purchases must be idential product and size and be a minimum of 10 lb.  Envelope must include 10 Proof-of-Purchase UPC codes.  Cards must be redeemed within 14 months of initial purchase.

02-09-12  I just received notification that this program has been cancelled.  All cards are null and void.  No advance notification was provided by the company.
